Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 40 g fat
- 500 g leek
- 20 g flour
- 250 ml broth
- Salt
- pepper
- some tomato paste
- 8 tbsp cream or
- 8 tbsp yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat well in hot fat. Add the washed and finely sliced leek and sauté. Sprinkle with flour, pour in the mixture, and season. Simmer in a covered pan over moderate heat for about 10-15 minutes. Season to taste with tomato paste and cream or yogurt. Serve with rice.
