  • 500 g leek
  • 20 g flour
  • 250 ml broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some tomato paste
  • 8 tbsp cream or
  • 8 tbsp yogurt

Instructions

Brown the minced meat well in hot fat. Add the washed and finely sliced ​​leek and sauté. Sprinkle with flour, pour in the mixture, and season. Simmer in a covered pan over moderate heat for about 10-15 minutes. Season to taste with tomato paste and cream or yogurt. Serve with rice.
