Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g carrot(s)
- 250 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- some sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, black

Here, vegetables are deliciously hidden. Healthy for kids and for the figure.
Soak the toast in a little cold milk. Peel and chop the onion. Peel, wash, and finely grate the carrots. Squeeze the water out of the toast. Knead with the minced meat, onion, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Fold in the grated carrots. Form 10-12 small meatballs. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs for 4-5 minutes on each side. This is especially delicious with mashed potatoes, peas, and carrots.
