Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 ribs, salted (pork chop)
- 50 g lard
- ½ liter of water
- 1 can of sauerkraut
- 3 juniper berries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Add the ribs to the pot with the lard and 1/2 liter of water. Sprinkle the sauerkraut and juniper berries loosely on top. Cover and simmer for approximately 60-70 minutes.
