Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp semolina
- Salt
- Parsley or wild herbs
- Milk (skimmed milk)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Toast the semolina in a heavy saucepan until light brown, add water, and season with salt. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Finely chop the herbs and add to the soup, bring back to a boil, and add a little more milk.
