Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almonds
- 200 g sugar
- 125 ml water
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the water, almonds, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil until the water is gone. Then add the vanilla sugar and stir until it melts. Continue stirring for a few more minutes until the sugar sticks to the almonds. Then pour the almonds onto a deep baking sheet (with a water tray), spread them out, and let them cool.
