as a substitute for Turkish Manti

The recipe is similar to Turkish manti. They’re so good, but I don’t have time to make them myself, so I came up with this idea. It tastes really good, and in summer the cool yogurt means the meal isn’t hot anymore, which is very pleasant. So, you cook the tortelloni as directed on the package. Meanwhile, stir the yogurt until smooth and add salt so it no longer tastes sweet. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the yogurt. You can vary this to suit your taste. Pour the finished tortelloni through a sieve, dry the inside of the pot, and add the butter. Melt the butter and add the paprika. Divide the tortelloni among four plates, top with the yogurt sauce, and finally the paprika butter.
