Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1 bottle of ketchup
- 1 large onion(s)
- 6 sausages (Vienna)
- possibly applesauce or apple juice
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the wiener sausages into small slices and finely dice the onion. Heat butter in a large pan. First, add the wiener sausages and fry. Then add the onions and fry briefly. Add the ketchup and bring to a boil. Thin with a little water, if desired. Season to taste with applesauce or apple juice. Pour over the hot pasta and enjoy.
