Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork (roulades)
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g raw ham or bacon
  • 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • Mustard for spreading
  • 5 cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • marjoram
  • sweet peppers
  • pepper
  • gravy

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Boil the eggs hard. Brush the roulades with mustard and top with ham. Then wrap the boiled eggs in the meat and seal the roulades. Brush the outside of the meat with mustard and season with paprika, pepper, and marjoram. Dice the onions, finely chop the garlic, and slice the gherkins. Brown them with the meat in a pan in olive oil until crispy. Then pour in 3/8 liter of water and stir in the meat juices. Simmer with the lid on for 1.5 hours. To serve, split the roulades in half.
