Bananas in coconut milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 75 g sugar, fine white
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 firm bananas
  • some rose water

Instructions

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until dissolved. Boil for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat. Pour in coconut milk and salt. Add the sliced ​​bananas and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, add a few drops of rose water, if desired. It gives a wonderful aroma! Tastes delicious hot or cold.
