Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g spelt flour type 1050 or wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- 75 g butter
- 3 tbsp acacia honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 orange(s), organic, of which the zest
- 80 g walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 51 minutes
for approx. 45 pieces
Quickly knead all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form small pieces of dough into balls and flatten them. Line a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the flat pieces of dough. Place the sheet in the center of a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 5-6 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 45 cookies. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
