Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g sugar
- 120 g margarine
- 75 g nuts, ground
- 75 g nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 3 tbsp syrup, (agave or maple syrup)
- 2 orange(s), grated peel
- 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Knead all ingredients together thoroughly and chill the dough for 1 hour. Then roll into walnut-sized balls and flatten slightly. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 7-9 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
