Refreshment Sticks – Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ pack flavoring (Citro-Back)
  • 60 g flour
  • 300 g yogurt (orange or blood orange)
  • 150 g yogurt (lemon)
  • 1 packet of sugar (orange sugar)
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 pack of gelatin (instant gelatin)
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 3 packs of confectionery (75 g refreshing sticks each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar. Fold in the egg yolks and Citroback. Sift the flour over the egg mixture and fold in. Pour the batter into a 26 cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 12 minutes. Then let it cool. Mix the yogurt, orange sugar, and lemon juice well. Stir in the ground gelatin. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Drain the mandarins and chop them up. Chop the mandarin oranges as well (works very well in the Tupperware Quick Chef). Fold the mandarin oranges and sticks into the yogurt mixture. Now pour the mixture onto the base and refrigerate the whole thing (ideally overnight) until ready to serve.
