Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp Mu-Err mushrooms or shiitake, dried
  • 250 g minced meat, only pork/beef or mixed
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped fresh
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 chili peppers, green
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 250 g crab or scampi (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the dried mushrooms thoroughly and soak in warm water for about 15 minutes, then wash again. Reserve the soaking water. Brown the minced meat in oil in a wok (or pan), add the garlic, onion, and ginger. Once everything is fried, add the squeezed mushrooms and the deseeded, sliced ​​chilies. Pour in the coconut milk and add a little of the soaking water (filtered through a fine sieve), and let it simmer briefly. Add the prawns and season with soy sauce, salt, and a little sugar. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve with rice.
