Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 tbsp garlic oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (mushroom soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 5 baby corn
- 1 tsp chili powder, optional

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Add a little oil to the pan and heat. Peel the onions and garlic, slice both, and fry for 1 minute. Then add the minced meat to the pan and fry for 10 minutes. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Fry them with the baby corn for about 5 minutes. Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add chili powder or fresh chopped chilies. Serve with rice.
