Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- Salt
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 stalk(s) leek, in rings
- 500 g rice, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan with the garlic clove, crushed with salt. Stir in the soy sauce and pepper. Add the minced meat and cook until well browned, stirring constantly. Add the vegetables and cook until cooked through. Season to taste, then add the rice to the meat. Cook, stirring constantly.
