Asian rice pan with minced meat and vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 550 g vegetable mix (Asian vegetables)
  • 75 ml chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Heat the oil and brown the minced meat thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Stir in the chili sauce and season with soy sauce. Drain the rice and add it to the pan, seasoning again if necessary.
