Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 chicken legs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and pepper. Brush the chicken thighs with the garlic paste. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with oil. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet and place them in the center of the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes, turning the thighs occasionally. Side dishes: Thai mixed vegetables and rice.
