Bell peppers with meatballs

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 peppers, red (organic)
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable stock, granulated
  • 2 sausages, coarse raw
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without meatballs or with poultry sausages also a great WW meal

Wash and trim the bell peppers, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a saucepan with the passata, vegetable stock, and seasonings and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then, form the sausage into small balls, add them to the bell peppers, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Season to taste before serving. We like this dish best with boiled potatoes.
