Fish pan with leek

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g redfish fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 600 g leek
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the fish fillet, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fish and set aside. Trim the leek, wash it thoroughly, and slice it into rings. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the leek. Add the fish fillet, season with pepper and a little salt, and cook, covered, for about 5 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the mustard and pour over the fish. Mix everything gently (the fish should not fall apart) and simmer in the uncovered pan for about 6 more minutes. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
