Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 600 g leek
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the fish fillet, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fish and set aside. Trim the leek, wash it thoroughly, and slice it into rings. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the leek. Add the fish fillet, season with pepper and a little salt, and cook, covered, for about 5 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the mustard and pour over the fish. Mix everything gently (the fish should not fall apart) and simmer in the uncovered pan for about 6 more minutes. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
