my grandma’s favorite recipe

Knead the ingredients into a dough and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Take out the dough in portions and fill it into a meat grinder, for example. Adjust the pastry attachment as desired and churn the cookies. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 175°C for 10-12 minutes. If you want to glaze the cookies, let the cookies cool and then cover one half with dark glaze and the other with light glaze. To do this, sift together icing sugar and mix one half with cocoa and lemon juice, and the other half with icing sugar and lemon juice. Let the cookies dry thoroughly and store in a tin.
