Mashed potatoes alla Flummi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, floury
  • 250 ml milk
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes. Then boil the diced potatoes in water and 50 ml of milk until tender. Mash the potatoes with a masher and add the milk. Purée the mixture and season with salt and nutmeg.
