Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 potatoes
- 4 apples
- 2 large onions
- lard
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and apples. Halve and core the apples. Boil both separately, then press them through a sieve and add knobs of butter. Peel and dice the onions, sauté them in hot lard, and pour portions of the onions, along with the lard, over the porridge. Bratwurst goes well with it.
