Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, floury
- 2 egg yolks
- 20 g butter
- 50 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes and boil them in water. Drain and mash them well with a hand mixer while still warm. Add the egg yolk and butter and mix with salt and nutmeg. Season to taste. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe rosettes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the rosettes with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 225°C for about 15 minutes.
