Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, frozen
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, walnut-sized
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 jar bamboo shoot(s)
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • e.g. soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the broccoli. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Deseed and slice the bell peppers. Drain the bamboo shoots. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Heat oil in a wok. Sauté the ginger, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, and broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the tagliatelle and season with soy sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper. Let stand briefly.
