Minute steaks with sour cream and vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minute steak(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 250 g mushrooms, e.g. mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • herb butter
  • nutmeg
  • Oil or fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the peppers and mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Heat oil or fat in a pan, fry the peppers and spring onions until almost cooked, then briefly fry the mushrooms and season with pepper. Add sour cream depending on the amount of sauce needed. Season the sour cream and vegetables with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and let it simmer on the stovetop at low heat. Heat oil or fat in a pan and fry the steaks briefly on each side. Arrange on plates and garnish with herb butter. Serve with baguette.
