Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ⅛ liter milk, warm
- 125 g butter, slightly warmed
- 2 eggs

- Almond flakes
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, warm milk, slightly warmed butter, and eggs in order to form a smooth dough. Cover and let rise once at warm room temperature. Then roll out onto a greased baking sheet, make small indentations with your fingertips, and sprinkle generously with flaked almonds, butter, and cinnamon sugar. Let rise for another 10-15 minutes, then bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
