Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g cheese (hand cheese)
- 250 ml red wine
- 100 g nuts
- oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Marinate the Handkäse overnight in red wine and chopped nuts. Mix a marinade of red wine, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper and serve with the Handkäse. Serve with a dry red wine.
