Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small sticks. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the raw potatoes until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and pour over the potatoes. Cover with a lid or a large plate and let them set. Serve with a fresh salad. DONE!
