Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 bunch thyme, fresh
- 2 red chili peppers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 125 ml oil
- 8 pork neck steak(s)
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Chop the herbs and finely chop the chilies. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the herbs, chilies, and oil. Brush the meat with the seasoning oil and marinate, covered, for 1-2 hours. Drain the neck steaks slightly and grill them on the grill for 6-8 minutes per side, turning occasionally. Brush with the seasoning oil occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
