Salmon fillet with green asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sauce, (teriaki sauce)
  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

First, prepare the marinade for the salmon. Combine the honey, lemon juice, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl and mix well. Marinate the salmon in the marinade for about 20 minutes. Blanch the asparagus in salted water for about 8-10 minutes. Then, halve the asparagus lengthwise and spread 2 tablespoons of oil on a baking sheet to place the asparagus on. Sprinkle a little salt over the asparagus, then spread the salmon over the asparagus and drizzle with some of the marinade. Bake everything in the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Simply serve with some toasted bread – done!
