Baked plaice with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s) (plaice fillets)
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp wild garlic or chives, chopped
  • 400 g cream or coffee cream
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Place a layer of plaice fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes, arrange some on top of the fish, and sprinkle with wild garlic and ham. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the top. Place the remaining fish fillets on top and add the remaining ingredients as directed. Finally, carefully spread the cream over the top. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice as a delicious side dish.
