Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1.2 kg pork (pork loin)
  • 3 onions
  • Mustard
  • 35 slice(s) smoked lean bacon
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious and juicy

Lightly freeze the skinned, lean pork loin and then cut into thin minute steaks. Slice the onions into thin rings and place them in a greased baking dish. Brush one side of the steaks with mustard, place a slice of ham on top, and then roll up the whole thing. Place the rolls next to each other on the onions. Mix the cream, cream cheese, chives, and parsley into a sauce. Pour this over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
