Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g ribbon pasta, twisted
- 2 onions
- 200 g grated cheese (Gouda or other cheese to taste)
- 250 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel and roughly dice the onions, and fry them in a pan with a little oil until lightly browned. Then layer the cooked pasta, onions, and cheese in a baking dish. Season the cream with salt and pepper and pour it over the layered ingredients. Bake the casserole at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
