Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 1 jar applesauce (possibly with pieces)
  • 1 package of biscuits (butter biscuits) or cake leftovers
  • 1 package of biscuits, (Leibniz Zoo Animals)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

a refreshing dessert for children

In a glass bowl, first layer the cookie crumbs or cake crumbs (if you have leftover cake), then the applesauce. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and spread it over the applesauce. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Decorate with Leibniz Zoo animals before serving.
