Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into strips approximately 0.5 cm thick. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Dice the tomatoes and onion. Fry the Maultaschen strips in a pan. Add the diced onion and fry. When the Maultaschen are golden brown, add the cheese, egg, and tomatoes. Continue frying briefly. Serve on plates.
