Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 3 chicken breasts or turkey breast, shredded
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Chicken seasoning
- 250g spaghetti
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the chicken breast with plenty of chicken seasoning. Crush the garlic and fry briefly in olive oil. Add the chopped green asparagus, followed shortly by the shredded chicken or turkey breast. Fry for about 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. At the end, combine everything in the pan and add more salt if necessary.
