Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 m.-large onion(s), finely diced
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Butter for frying
Instructions

easy to make and very tasty
Sift the flour into a bowl. Whisk the eggs, add them, and stir into a smooth batter. Peel the carrots and grate them into the batter. Add the onion and parsley. Season with salt. Heat a little butter in a pan. Using two spoons, drop a little batter into the pan, form into small cakes, and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
