Potato pancakes without onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp, leveled flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and chop them very finely using a food processor or grate them by hand. Then toss the potatoes with the egg, flour, and salt. Preheat a pan with oil over high heat. Add about 2 tablespoons of the potato mixture to each potato pancake and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
