Beef in teriyaki sauce with pak choi, bell peppers and spring onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g beef strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 pak choi
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 25 ml rice vinegar
  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 5 tsp, heaped honey
  • 2 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pak Choi Beef Teriyaki

Brown the finely chopped beef in oil in a pan or wok. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil. Season with honey until the sauce has a sweet and sour flavor. Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens slightly. Add the peeled bell peppers, spring onions, and bok choy. Season with vinegar or honey, if desired. Let everything simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
