Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g rice
- 1 tsp oil (sesame spice oil)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sauce (hoisin sauce), from the jar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions for 8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain and toss with the seasoning oil. Wash, peel, and finely slice the carrots. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice the white part and the green part. Heat the wok first, then the oil. Fry the carrots and spring onions for 2 minutes. Add the noodles and stir for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the hoisin sauce and season with salt. Sprinkle with the onion greens.
