Papaya Lassi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g papaya (pulp, fresh)
  • 20 g avocado(s) (flesh, fully ripe)
  • 80 g natural yogurt
  • 10 g ricotta
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey, light
  • 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g milk, ice-cold
  • 100 g coconut water, ice cold
  • e.g. papaya
  • e.g. lemon(s)
  • n. B. flowers and leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A refreshing, fruity yogurt-based drink.

Combine all ingredients for the lassi in a blender and blend at full speed for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into a large glass, garnish, and serve with a straw.
