Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g papaya (pulp, fresh)
- 20 g avocado(s) (flesh, fully ripe)
- 80 g natural yogurt
- 10 g ricotta
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp honey, light
- 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g milk, ice-cold
- 100 g coconut water, ice cold
- e.g. papaya
- e.g. lemon(s)
- n. B. flowers and leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
A refreshing, fruity yogurt-based drink.
Combine all ingredients for the lassi in a blender and blend at full speed for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into a large glass, garnish, and serve with a straw.
