- 2 tbsp butter

- Butter, for flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hollow out the apples with a corer. Cut off the bottom end of this cylindrical piece and insert it into the apple as a stopper to prevent the filling from leaking out. Dice the bread into half-centimeter cubes and toast in hot butter until brown. Remove the bread and sauté the finely diced onion instead. Add the crushed garlic and season with marjoram. Finally, dice the black pudding and mix loosely with these ingredients. Stuff the prepared apples. Place each piece on a piece of aluminum foil dotted with butter, with the butter on top. Gather the foil at the top and twist it together like a candy. Place the parcels on a rack or baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about half an hour. Each guest receives their parcel on their plate so they can enjoy the aroma that wafts from it upon opening. Serve with mashed potatoes!
