- 600 g black pudding
- 500 g potato(s), waxy
- 100 g onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- marjoram
- 2 tbsp lard
- salt and pepper

Skin the black pudding and slice it. Boil the potatoes, peel them, and slice them as well. Peel the onion and garlic, slice the onion, and chop the garlic. Heat a pan with the lard and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the black pudding and potatoes and sauté. Season with marjoram, salt, and pepper. It goes well with sauerkraut or salad.
