Cappuccino – Chocolate – Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dough (Hermann dough)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk, low-fat
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 6 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • 6 tsp coffee powder (cappuccino), unsweetened
  • 75 g butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

baked with Hermann dough – enough for 20 pieces

Mix all other ingredients except the chocolate sprinkles with a wooden spoon until a thick batter forms. Then add the chocolate sprinkles and stir briefly. Now line up 20 paper baking cups or, alternatively, use prepared muffin tins. Fill each with 2-3 tablespoons of batter, filling the cups about 3/4 full. Place the tray or muffin tins in a preheated oven at 190°C and bake for 15 minutes.
