Apple crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 525 g apples
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 70 g margarine
  • 70 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash, core, and finely chop the apples, and place them in a 26cm springform pan. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Combine the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and margarine and crumble to a crumble. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples. Place on a rack in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
