Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g oat flakes
- 10 g agave syrup
- 1 shot of almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
- 60 g apple or peach
- 40 g raspberries, frozen
- 1 small banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
First, use a food processor to process the oatmeal into oat flour. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour and process until crumbly. Next, cut the fruit into small pieces and cover with the crumbles in an ovenproof dish. Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Each serving contains approximately 300 calories.
