Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 20 g coconut flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
simple, fast, lots of protein, high protein
Mix all ingredients and fry in tablespoon-sized portions in a pan. If you want them a bit fluffier, you can separate the egg whites beforehand, beat them, and fold them into the remaining ingredients. Enjoy the pancakes with your choice of maple syrup, blueberries, cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream, Nutella, or fruit puree.
