Peel the pears, halve lengthwise, and scoop out the cores with a spoon. Heat the white wine, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, and a little water in a saucepan. Add the pear halves, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the pears and let them drain in a sieve, reserving the syrup. For the crumble, mix the flour with the nuts, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Cut the butter into pieces, add it, and knead everything into crumbles with your hands. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Arrange the pear halves, round side down, in a baking dish. Pour a little pear syrup into the baking dish. Spread the crumble over the pear halves. Bake the pears in the oven for 20-25 minutes, remove them, and let them cool to lukewarm. For 4 servings, one serving has 300 kcal. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
