Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g wheat flour type 405
  • 200 g rice milk (rice drink)
  • 3 g baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegetarian

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer. Fry in batches in a pan. Makes about 6 pancakes. One pancake has about 105 kcal, or about 315 kcal per serving.
