Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml vinegar (basil vinegar)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic
  • 1 small bunch of fresh parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

you can also make a salad dressing out of it

Very quick and easy to make. Pour everything into a small bottle and shake well. Season to taste. This works best, since you don’t have to use the dip right away; it will keep for a few days in the fridge. If you want to make a salad dressing, just mix in 30 ml of water. Done.
